This week is going by kind of fast. Sure, I'm working my butt off, but that does have the affect of making it feel like I am speeding through my week. So, of course, after a hard week of work, and a speedy week at that, I felt it was time to speed through my run!!I actually didn't plan it, I was just running and I felt good so I decided to push it a bit. I know I will pay for it for about a week in slow, painful runs, but I was sick of running slow!
Let's get the numbers out of the way so I can get back to the fun gift ideas! Here are my numbers:

Max HR: 168Yeah, that was hard. I like hard runs. If I was going to have a day off to recuperate, I'd like it even more. Tomorrow I will regret it. My left hip seems to get really tight after these hard runs. I think I need a break.
