Twas the night before Thanksgiving, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except my watering mouth. The stuffing was crammed in the Turkey with care, in the hopes that my family would devour their share!Yes my friends, tomorrow is Thanksgiving! What are you thankful for?
I am thankful for my family, friends and my health. I am thankful that I have a job and a decent salary that lets me take care of my family. I am thankful that my health allows me to work at this job that allows me to take care of my family. I am thankful, simply, that I am alive! Being alive is such an amazing thing in and of itself. We get one chance here, so you mind as well make the best of it and be thankful for that chance! I am thankful that I get tomorrow off! I am thankful that I will get to spend the day with my family and friends. I am thankful that we will all have more than enough to eat. Lastly, I am thankful for the opportunity to share with my readers my thoughts, feelings and running experiences! I hope you are thankful for the chance to read them!!
Here are my numbers:
Time: 30:00
Distance: 3.28 miles
Pace: 9:09/m
Max Pace: x:xx/m
Calories: 331
Avg HR: 128
Max HR: 153I again have no max pace because my GPS thought I was a gazelle and could run like 15 mph. I can't! I am thankful that I am not a gazelle that can get eaten by a lion! How about that!
Short and sweet today. Need to get some sleep before the big day tomorrow. Have a great day folks!
