It is time for the monthly round up! I have tabulated my numbers and come up with my summary for the month. Some interesting things happened this month. First, I had the highest mileage for any week so far this year with a distance of 21.36. That was due to my great long run on that Sunday.Other things of note was that although I only had one run where I ran below 8 min mile, but I had twice as many runs under 9 min mile. As I said previously, it has to be the new shoes!! Either that or I am getting faster. I guess, whether it was the shoes or not, I am getting faster, and that is a good thing.
Honey did a little running with me this month as well as a bunch of rollerblading too. It was an active month for both of us. I probably rode my bike more often this month than previously too, although I won't detail that here.

Now, on to my Monday run. I ran with Honey today and we had a pretty good run. Any time she gets below 12 min miles, it is a good run for her. Since this was the day after my race, I needed the easy run, and that's what I got. I had a hard race, so I need to make sure that I recover well. We will see how my run goes tomorrow and that will let me know if I am recovering.
