Its Monday again, but today, Honey was taking a rest. She was not feeling well. I think she may be working out too hard. That's my girl!!Did I mention that its Monday?

It was an insanely busy day at work, so I am just not up to writing today. I want to tell you all about my plan to work in strength training into my week. I want to explain how I have recruited my phone to remind me, twice a day, to do my workouts. I really want to write about it. But you'll have to wait until tomorrow when I am not ready to sleep.
