Day 126, 239 To Go

Its Monday again, but today, Honey was taking a rest.  She was not feeling well.  I think she may be working out too hard.  That's my girl!!

It was an insanely busy day at work, so I am just not up to writing today.  I want to tell you all about my plan to work in strength training into my week.  I want to explain how I have recruited my phone to remind me, twice a day, to do my workouts.  I really want to write about it.  But you'll have to wait until tomorrow when I am not ready to sleep.

Not a bad pace considering it is the day after my long ride/run.  I'll take it, thank you very much.  Ok, signing off for today.
