Today I tried something different. I ran before work. They say (whoever they are...screw they!) that if you work out in the morning, you will have increased energy throughout the day.I was dragging ass after lunch. Either "they" don't know what they are talking about or I would have been face down on my computer with A S D F tattooed across my forehead.
It may have something to do with the fact that my little Kaylee is sick and she has a high fever and I was up at 1:00am and again at 3:00am to check on her. Honey took the second shift and I sort of slept. My poor little girl is not happy. She is a bit of a drama queen (like her mommy) and she basically needs to be held all day.
I feel for you Honey.
The good thing about running in the morning is that I should have my evening free. Of course today I did have a doctor's appt and I had to make up the time at work AND I worked late, so that theory went out the window.
I also did not win Powerball. If I had won, I would have changed the focus of my blog and attempted to run in a different local every day. I would travel the world and run in every city, state, country and continent! That would be an adventure. I didn't win, though, so I am as poor as yesterday and will continue to run down my street again and again and again (for at least 251 more times this year!!)
