Day 59, 306 To Go

Month 2 is done!  That makes 2 down, 10 to go!  I'm feeling good and so far, no sustained injuries!  Sweet!  I think I can do this!  Sure, I'll be increasing my minutes soon from 15 a day to 20 a day.  That could spell disaster, but I plan on increasing slowly.

You can see by the numbers for the month below, I didn't run more miles than January and my time was less too.  Of course, there were 3 fewer days in February and a lower time could indicate that I was faster this month.  A quick look at the numbers would indicate that that was so.

Of course, Honey was not running with me as much this month, so that would account for my faster times...but it would also account for the increased boredom.  You can't have it all, I guess.

Based on the name of this blog and the fact that I pride myself on being a pain in the ass, I'm going to have to get on Honey's ass a bit more.  And no, I'm not talking about monkey sex, I'm talking about running.  She has been a slacker this month and she needs to know it!  She has said that she will start running with me again on Monday, so maybe I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.  Maybe...

I will say, she has had a busy month with family visiting and some sickness, so I shouldn't be too hard on her...but what are husband's for!
