As I begin my lazy Saturday, I decide to run early. Get it over with. I didn't sleep well though, and my back is barking at me. I'll just ignore it (famous last words).It is a beautiful morning. Not too hot and the birds are chirping! Ok, that is just going on inside my head as I woke up with a headache too. What the hell! Perhaps I partied too hard last night...

Max HR: 135Not too pretty, but predictable. After a night of a bit too much fun and sleeping awkwardly and waking up with a headache, I'm lucky I even finished.
But now, I have the whole day ahead of me to do NOTHING! What? What's that Honey? You want to go to BJs and spend all my money on large boxes of unhealthy food? Sure, I was only trying to rest my back/head/legs/brain/body/spirit/soul...no big deal!
Pushing a heavy cart while minding four children (and Honey) was not the best use of my restful Saturday. Running tomorrow is going to be difficult, at the very least. I'm hurting now. Ouch.
